About us and how to join

Our Scout Group holds its Charter from Scouts Canada. We been supported by the United Church in the City of White Rock, British Columbia for 50 years. It is not necessary to be a member of the United Church in order to join our Scout Group.

Beaver Scouts (5-7 year old boys and girls):

Tuesday – A Colony, based out of The LDS meeting place (15450 20 Avenue, Surrey), 5:30-6:30 p.m; or

Thursday – B Colony, based out of Star of the Sea Hall (15262 Pacific Avenue, White Rock), 6:00-7:00 p.m. NOTE: Registration for this Colony will not be offered until we have at least 3 fully-trained Volunteers in place. Interested? Contact our Group Commissioner at scouter@earlearl.com!

Cub Scouts (8-10 year old boys and girls):

Tuesday – A Pack, based out of The LDS meeting place (15450 20 Avenue, Surrey), 6:30-8:00 p.m; or

Thursday – B Pack, based out of Star of the Sea Hall (15262 Pacific Avenue, White Rock), 6:30-8:00 p.m.

Scouts (11-14 year old boys and girls): Meetings are on Thursdays with either:

A Troop, based out of Star of the Sea Hall (15262 Pacific Avenue, White Rock), 7:00-9:00 p.m; or

B Troop, based out of Star of the Sea Hall (15262 Pacific Avenue, White Rock), 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Venturer Scouts (15-17 year old, co-ed): Business meetings are the first Monday of the month from 6:30-8:30 pm.

Rover Scouts (18-26 year old men and women): Business meetings are the first Monday of the month from 6:30-8:30 pm.
